Kilee Cox
Licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist
Kilee is the newest member of Hearing Care by Hough. Though she is new to Hough, she is not new to
hearing health care. Her first introduction was as a patient care coordinator 15 years ago, however as
time when on, Kilee became more fascinated by all things hearing care. Desiring a more hands-on
experience serving patients, she became a licensed audiology assistant in 2018.
To expand her knowledge and proficiencies, she recently became a licensed hearing instrument specialist in 2026.
Kilee is excited to work alongside this talented team as Development Coordinator. She considers this
role both rewarding and a welcomed challenge to combine her professional experience in hearing
health care with her academic background in administrative leadership to serve others in this new role.
She is a firm believer that knowledge is power, whether she is using her insight and skillset in
administration, operations, marketing or direct patient care, she is over the moon to be serving patients
in a field that she loves with a team that shares the same passion!
When Kilee joined the HCbyH team, she was so warmly welcomed, and it took her no time at all to
realize that this team and their approach to hearing care was something she was excited to be a part of.
The way they serve patients with the highest standard of care while pursuing genuine connection and
